Your Tasks

  • Operational, tactical and strategic responsible for service Benelux
  • Lead, develop and motivate the service team (8 direct reports)
  • Create and execute the commercial plan with sales
  • Push service support initiatives
  • Develop our pool of service engineers to cover customer needs
  • Lead Service meetings and join SRM
  • Support the Area Inspector in resolving breakdowns
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in preferably a combined technical and commercial education (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering and business administration or comparable)
  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales or service machinery, preferably in the food/beverage industry
  • Very good data processing skills (MS Office/MS Project)
  • Dutch/English Business fluent, German is an advantage
  • Goal-oriented and structured way of working
  • Team player, assertive and pro-active
  • Efficient time management and flexible
  • Willingness to travel within Benelux
