Your Tasks

  • Supervision and coordination of the installation, commissioning and conversions of lines and single machines
  • Disciplinary management of Field Service Technicians 
  • Adherence to and documentation of the project progress in assembly, installation and conversion site reports
  • Supervision of assigned technicians and third-party service providers
  • Cooperation with in-house interfaces such as Technology, Sales and Material Requirements Planning
  • Carry out regular meetings and communication with the customer
  • Description and remedy of technically complex problems at installation/conversion site
  • Monitoring of compliance with occupational health and safety, quality management and all further valid regulations and laws
  • Coordination of subcontractors and acceptance of services
  • Monitoring of schedules and budgets
  • Handover of machines, lines and systems to the customer

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed training in a technical profession with additional further training as a technician, for example 
  • Minimum five years' experience working in a similar field
  • Very good technical understanding 
  • Leadership qualities and powers of motivation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Reliable and flexible manner of work
  • Very good product knowledge
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Good command of both written and spoken English - Command of Scandinavian and German languages are an advantage
  • You have sound and efficient time management skills and can work flexibly according to project requirements
  • You are prepared to travel and spend longer periods abroad (primary area Nordic countries)
