All items on the Agenda approved by a large majority.
Almost 800 shareholders, shareholder representatives and guests attended the regular General Meeting of Shareholders of the Salzgitter Group which was held on June 01, 2017 in the Stadthalle of Braunschweig. They represented 31,999,221 shares, which corresponds to 53.25 percent of the share capital.
Heinz-Gerhard Wente, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Salzgitter AG, closed the General Meeting of Shareholders at 15.02 p.m.
All items on the Agenda were approved by a large majority.
