Annual Shareholders' Meeting May 19, 2021

On the occasion of the Salzgitter Group’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 19, 2021, the shareholders and shareholder representatives who registered held 33.300.328 shares and thus represented 55,41 percent of the share capital.

The items on the agenda were approved by a large majority.

Heinz-Gerhard Wente, Chairman of Salzgitter AG’s Supervisory Board, closed the Annual General Meeting at 12.35 p.m.
