Made of steel: At 360 meters (1180 feet), the Geierlay Bridge is Germany’s longest hanging rope bridge. It hangs up to 90 m (295 feet) above the ground, spans a side valley of the Mosel River in Rhineland-Palatinate, and can be crossed by courageous visitors
