“Fairness and a spirit of partnership” was the motto of the year in 2016/2017 in the framework of the Salzgitter AG mission statement, YOUNITED. As part of a current initiative, all employees are encouraged to tell their personal “fair play story”. The executive board and managers tested and discussed the initiative in a group workshop held in Hannover in June 2016. In closing, they met for a group picture
