Annual Shareholders' Meeting July 8, 2020

On the occasion of the Salzgitter Group’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on July 8, 2020, the shareholders and shareholder representatives who registered held 37,746,552 shares and thus represented 62.81 percent of the share capital.

The items on the agenda were approved by a large majority.

Heinz-Gerhard Wente, Chairman of Salzgitter AG’s Supervisory Board, closed the Annual General Meeting at 12.40 p.m.
