Annual Shareholders' Meeting 25 May 2023
On the occasion of the Salzgitter Group’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 25, 2023 in Wolfsburg, the shareholders and shareholder representatives who registered held 41.360.137 shares and thus represented 68,2 percent of the share capital.
The items on the agenda were approved by a large majority.
Heinz-Gerhard Wente, Chairman of Salzgitter AG’s Supervisory Board, closed the Annual General Meeting at 15.21 p.m.
