Annual Shareholders' Meeting 29 May 2024

On the occasion of the Salzgitter Group’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 29, 2024 in Wolfsburg, the shareholders and shareholder representatives who registered held 40,309,102 shares and thus represented 67 percent of the share capital.

The items on the agenda were approved by a large majority.

Heinz-Gerhard Wente, Chairman of Salzgitter AG’s Supervisory Board, closed the Annual General Meeting at 15.24 p.m.
