Results of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Salzgitter AG
All items on the Agenda approved by a large majority
Almost 600 shareholders and shareholder representatives attended the regular General Meeting of Shareholders of the Salzgitter Group which was held on May 22, 2014 in the Stadthalle of Braunschweig. They represented 31,593,926 shares, which corresponds to 52.57 percent of the share capital. Rainer Thieme, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Salzgitter AG, closed the General Meeting of Shareholders at 14.20 p.m. All items on the Agenda were approved by a large majority.
