All items on the Agenda approved by a large majority
Almost 750 shareholders, shareholder representatives and guests attended the regular General Meeting of Shareholders of the Salzgitter Group which was held on May 28, 2015 in the Stadthalle of Braunschweig. They represented 32,440,209 shares, which corresponds to 53.98 percent of the share capital.
Rainer Thieme, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Salzgitter AG, closed the General Meeting of Shareholders at 15.50 p.m.
