The Annual Report 2018 was presented to the public, among other things, at this year's Annual Results Press Conference of Salzgitter AG.

The Executive and Supervisory boards will propose that the General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on May 23, 2019, approve a dividend payment of € 0.55 per share, which is a good 20 % increase versus the previous year.
