Annual Results Press Conference March 18, 2016

The Annual Report 2015 was presented to the public, among other things, at this year's Annual Results Press Conference of Salzgitter AG.
 
The Executive and Supervisory boards will propose that the General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on June 1, 2016, approve a dividend payment of € 0.25 per share. With this proposal, Salzgitter AG continues to pursue its policy of steady dividend distribution.
