Balance press conference

The balance press conference of Salzgitter AG took place on April 29th, 2002.

The reason for this conference was the publication of the report for the fiscal year 2001. The board of directors and the supervisory board suggested a dividend of 0,42 ?. A decision on this suggestion will be made during the general meeting of shareholders on June 19th, 2002 in Braunschweig.
