With its current corporate campaign in major business magazines (e.g. Capital, Wirtschaftswoche) and other leading magazines (e.g. Stern, Spiegel), Salzgitter AG now documents its development towards a new company profile also to a broad public. Bernd Gersdorff, Director Group Communications, who organized the advertising campaign together with the Düsseldorf advertising agency Butter, explains the campaigns objective: Among others, it is our intention to boost the confidence in Salzgitter AG as an important enterprise with a bright future addressing partners from industry and trade as well as capital markets alike.

Gersdorff continues: Additionally, we want to achieve more identification of all employees of the Group companies with Salzgitter AG and last but not least we want to explain and emotionalize our Group strategy. The campaign underlines by means of various themes (such as links) that steel as a material is indispensable in many different areas of life and that Salzgitter AG and its steel products are among the front-runners near and far. Bernd Gersdorff says. The emphatic messages of this campaign are the repeated wording with us and the newly developed logo which illustrates Group integration. They both signal that great things can be achieved with Salzgitter AG.
