For this fall trade fair season, the group has its focus on wind energy, a fair for suppliers, and sheet metal working. A number of group companies will be exhibiting side by side.
Salzgitter AG and its subsidiaries will be conducting an intense exchange with customers and partners at three trade fairs this fall. WindEnergy in Hamburg, the International Suppliers Fair (IZB) in Wolfsburg and EuroBLECH in Hanover are communication platforms for the topics energy production and system solutions for the automotive industry. The Salzgitter group will be showcasing the vital role that steel and steel products play here.
WindEnergy Hamburg | September 25-28, 2018
More than 1,400 exhibitors will be presenting their products and services at WindEnergy in Hamburg, and around 35,000 visitors from industry are expected. Salzgitter AG's Salzgitter Mannesmann Renewables will be participating in WindEnergy in Hamburg for the third time. The trade fair stand will be in Hall B4.EG, stand number 312. Joining Salzgitter Mannesmann Renewables the subsidiaries EUROPIPE, Ilsenburger Grobblech and Salzgitter Mannesmann Handel will be on location. The GS Staalwerken from Helmond (Netherlands) will also be represented at the stand as a co-exhibitor.

International Suppliers Fair (IZB) | October 16-18, 2018
The International Suppliers Fair (IZB) is expected to attract more than 800 exhibitors from 34 nations. Salzgitter AG will be highlighting the Initiative Automotive in Hall 7, Stand 7221. The COMDaS (Customer Online Material Data System) material database will also be presented

EuroBLECH in Hanover | October 23-26, 2018
EuroBLECH in Hanover ranks as the world's largest trade fair for the sheet metal working industry. The Salzgitter Group and its subsidiaries will be exhibiting in Hall 17, Stand D78. Index grades feature as a key topic at the fair, while the production can be experienced in Virtual Reality.
Within the context of its e-WORLD, Salzgitter Mannesmann Stahlhandel will be presenting the e-AUCTION solution. Customers can purchase Salzgitter Group steel products in auctions on the online platform. SMSD is the first steel trader to auction off articles in a public bidding process and to allow bidders to see where the current bid stands.
The group's exhibiting companies comprise Salzgitter Flachstahl, Salzgitter Mannesmann Stahlservice, Salzgitter Mannesmann Forschung, Salzgitter Mannesmann Stahlhandel, Ilsenburger Grobblech, Salzgitter Europlatinen, and Salzgitter Automotive Engineering.
