Loud, Lively, Inclusive – Rock in Rautheim once again a major success in 2025

Celebrating together, shaping communities together – this was the guiding principle of Rock in Rautheim 2025. Around 3,000 metal fans gathered in Braunschweig for a truly unique inclusive festival, where music, community, and diversity took center stage. Over two days, 13 bands performed, delivering an exceptional musical experience. Both the bands and the fans traveled from across Germany and even from abroad.

The event was organized by Lebenshilfe Braunschweig, which, together with approximately 180 dedicated staff members and numerous volunteers – including many from the Salzgitter Group – ensured smooth operations throughout the festival. Whether at the grill, behind the camera, or serving drinks, people with and without disabilities worked side by side, making the event a genuine community project. The inclusive spirit was also evident in the preparations: merchandise, posters, and tickets were all produced in the Lebenshilfe workshops.

As Germany’s largest inclusive music festival, Rock in Rautheim has become a well-established fixture in the metal and festival scene. Salzgitter AG is proud to support this event and would like to thank all the volunteers for their outstanding commitment and support.
