Salzgitter AG Sells Klöckner DESMA Elastomertechnik GmbH to NAME & MAWI Partners S.A.S.

The Salzgitter Group has now taken the next step in its active portfolio management and sold Klöckner DESMA Elastomertechnik GmbH to the German-French industrial group NAME & MAWI Partners S.A.S. (NMP). This is in accordance with the "best owner" principle that guides our actions in this process. The transaction is expected to be completed in the fall of 2026. The parties have agreed not to disclose the sale price.
